Frequently Asked Questions

What is it like working with you?

I find my clients appreciate that I can balance putting them and their agenda first in the counseling room, while also being open in offering my perspectives, based on both my training and experience. That means you choose what aspects of your life are important to address. As I gain an understanding of your values and needs, we will then collaborate to identify what actions could create changes meaningful to you.

I currently work with adults and adolescents (ages 13 and up).

I see you specialize in counseling men. Do you still work with women?

Absolutely.

Do you provide couples or family therapy?

At this time I am not providing couples or family therapy.
