I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Xavier University, earned while completing internships and post-graduate work in community non-profits and outpatient substance abuse agencies.

My counseling combines choice theory, existential psychology, and trauma theory to support emotional recovery and actionable growth.

My philosophy is that counseling:

• Moves at your pace but can be brief and effective

• Is guided by trauma’s real effects

• Builds on your self-knowledge and goals
